Meet Our Executive Team
Shivesh has over 25 years' experience in strategic and statutory planning having worked with local government, State government and the private sector.
Shivesh has worked as a town planner for Ku-ring-gai Council and Mosman Council. He has also worked as a planner for the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment. In terms of private sector experience, Shivesh has worked for GHD and property developers.
Shivesh has an in-depth understanding of planning legislation and processes in NSW. He has extensive experience in preparing Development Applications and Planning Proposals for a wide range of developments.
Shivesh has been approved as an independent expert member to a local planning panel by the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces.
Minette has over 25 years’ international experience in land use planning, stakeholder management, environmental assessments and social impact assessments.
Minette has extensive experience in preparing and implementing strategies for public participation, assessing environmental impacts for major infrastructure projects as well as the preparation of detailed statutory and environmental assessment reports in relation to commercial, residential and infrastructure related developments.
