We have more than 50 years' combined experience in strategic and statutory planning.
Our Director has successfully completed the requirements of Registered Planner Plus (EIA) and therefore considered accredited under the NSW Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (REAP) Scheme.
Our staff are Registered Planners with the Planning Institute of Australia guaranteeing our clients the highest quality service.

Our Director is an independent expert member to a Local Planning Panel as appointed by the Minister for Planning.

Our Director was appointed as a supplier of town planning services to the NSW Aboriginal Housing Office Flood Recovery Program.

Meet Our Executive Team
Shivesh has over 28 years' experience in strategic and statutory planning having worked with local government, State government and the private sector.
Shivesh has worked as a town planner for Ku-ring-gai Council and Mosman Council. He has also worked as a planner for the NSW Department of Planning & Environment. In terms of private sector experience, Shivesh has worked for GHD and property developers.
Shivesh has an in-depth understanding of planning legislation and processes in NSW. He has extensive experience in preparing Development Applications and Planning Proposals for a wide range of developments and has worked on some of the most complex and high profile projects in NSW.
Shivesh has been approved as an independent expert member to a local planning panel by the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces.
Shivesh has been accredited under the NSW Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (REAP) Scheme by PIA to have successfully completed the requirements of Registered Planner Plus (EIA). He has been identified as a suitably skilled, qualified and experienced practitioner to make quality assurance declarations for environmental impact statements (EISs) for State significant projects.
Minette has over 25 years’ international experience in land use planning, stakeholder management, environmental assessments and social impact assessments.
Minette has extensive experience in preparing and implementing strategies for public participation, assessing environmental impacts for major infrastructure projects as well as the preparation of detailed statutory and environmental assessment reports in relation to commercial, residential and infrastructure related developments.
