Prepared a residential development concept plan and Planning Proposal for the Baulkham Hills Shire Council on the Hill Road Reserve site for the future development of land in West Pennant Hills.
Prepared a Planning Proposal to amend the development controls for land in Rouse Hill to increase the density for the site. The resultant amendment to the Growth Centres SEPP will increase the development capacity/yield from the site.
Prepared a Planning Proposal to rezone land from SP2 Infrastructure (Drainage) to R2 Low Density Residential Zone.
Prepared a Planning Proposal to reclassify Council land from community title to operational land. This allowed the developer to construct a public road over its site which would be dedicated to Council once constructed.
